I’m not gonna lie. Molly was the reason I tuned into AllEars.net (which is still pretty good, so check them out!). Molly moved on to her own channel – Mammoth Club – in 2022, teaming up with Alan and Max to bring some of the most entertaining content about Disney Parks, Universal and other popular destinations that you can find on YouTube. Molly’s sense of humor is my love language and I can’t get enough.

Mammoth Club primarily focuses on what you can see and do in Florida. And like a lot of the channels that feature Disney World, there are comparisons to the OG – DISNEYLAND. Molly is guilty of doing this upon occasion. And it drives me crazy.

While I will acknowledge that Disney World has some wonderful attractions that Disneyland does not – Everest, Seven Dwarfs Mine Train, The People Mover (SOB!!!), as spectacular as Cinderella’s Castle is, there wouldn’t be a Disney World without the dream of a man who wanted to create a place to spend time with his family. Disneyland was built with a mere $5 million dollar investment, Walt selling off most of what he owned and the skepticism of everyone who heard the idea. And he had to make it happen in less than a year. Disneyland has a spirit that Disney World doesn’t, even though it is magnificent. It’s just not the same. And nothing, NOTHING will convince me that Magic Kingdom’s Space Mountain is better than Disneyland’s which is smoother, more comfortable, has better lighting effects, has better music and provides superior Photo Pass photos. Okay.. I’ve said my piece…

The Mammoth Club… Molly completely redeems herself from anything she has said that compares the experience at Magic Kingdom to Disneyland with her Secrets of Disneyland video (see below). It’s excellent. She admits her love for the Florida version of Space Mountain while acknowledging its faults and all is forgiven. I get it. You grew up with that version and you’re nostalgic. I guess I could say the same for Disneyland. I have been going there since I was a year old. Disneyland has always been like a second home to me. I’m protective of it. But that is why I love channels like Mammoth Club. They love it too.

Be sure to check out their challenge videos which are super fun. They will do things like try to visit every major theme park in the Orlando area in one day or see how many attractions they can get on in a day. They make it fun. You feel like you’re there. It’s awesome.
